MIND BODY
AND SOUL

SHAPE AND TONING

Audience: women and men whose goal is to have a defined body, without fat and cellulite with more marked contours, looking for a more stylized appearance. It does not imply a significant increase in muscle size.

How we will work: cardiovascular exercises, HIIT, calisthenics, intervals, functional. We would also include a balanced diet since it is very important to see changes in the short term.

WEIGHT LOSS

Target audience: women and men whose goal is to eliminate a certain percentage of fat, reduce the size of the abdomen, buttocks or legs, speed up metabolism, prepare for a special date.

How we will work: aerobic, metabolic, hypertrophy and strength exercises, muscle resistance exercises. We would also include a personalized diet to achieve the goal.

MUSCULAR TIME

Audience: women and men who want to gain volume, lean muscle mass or strength.

How would we work: hypertrophy, exercises with weights or machines, supersets, work with RM.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Audience: women and men who want to be in motion, strengthen their muscles, combat flaccidity, prevent injuries, improve their quality of life.

How we will work: functional and cardiovascular exercises, TRX, mobility and stretching.

REHABILITATION

Target audience: women and men who have suffered an injury, illness or accident and want to get back to their previous state in the shortest time possible. (After consulting a doctor).

How we would work: specific recovery exercises with elastic bands, bosu ball and foam roller, assisted stretching, mobility.
